Aspire Institutional Self-Assessment
The Aspire Institutional Self-Assessment for Inclusive Faculty Recruitment, Hiring, & Retention is comprised of two parts: Draft Campus Self-Assessment Part I: The Narrative Questionnaire and Draft Campus Self-Assessment Part II: Data Collection Template. Using the Draft Guidebook for STEM Faculty Diversity and Inclusion, each IChange Network institution is given a process to learn more about the demographics of their STEM faculty and and the policies and practices related to faculty recruitment, hiring, and retention. The Draft Faculty Diversity Model and Self-Assessment Tool provides a high level review of the conceptual framework guiding this process.
As we gather feedback from institutions engaging in the IChange Network self-assessment process, the model and assessment templates will be revised and iterated. Updated versions of these documents will be posted soon.
