In this Aspire Reflection Lab: From Aspire to Impact session, you will hear from the NSF Eddie Bernice Johnson INCLUDES Aspire Alliance about how their work speaks to Aspire’s Goal 1, which is to deepen the preparation of all future, early-career and current STEM faculty to be inclusive and effective across their faculty roles. In this facilitated conversation, Aspire teams will discuss their strategies for change, what challenges they’ve faced, what lessons they learned along the way, and what is next in doing this work. Come ready to learn about key strategies and tips for preparing future and current faculty to be more inclusive.
